BOLDER BROWN from the Perma Blend Luxe I Love Ink Eyebrow Collection by Tina Davies has an increased opacity, making it less transparent with a cooler undertone. This means that it is more true to tone, will not appear so warm in the skin immediately after a treatment, and will heal as expected. This ink replaces the previous Bold Brown pigment.
